Forrest Park Apartments

As a current resident and first-time renter, I wouldn’t blame you for taking my review for being too biased, but I believe that Dana and her maintenance team at Forrest Park have always gone above and beyond in their responses/concerns. I wanted to wait a few months to review, as Dana only asked that I leave an honest review when I applauded her swift (Lease-Checks-Move in) approach, and it helped when I was able to move in so quickly at the expense of her own personal time. At the time we moved in, we announced that we did not have a pet on the lease, but as of a few months ago, Dana guided us through the process of having our pet approved and adding the pet fee/rent to our Portal. Great place to live at! The apartments are newly renovated so you will love the new appliances if you choose one of the newly renovated units; new refrigerator, new microwave, stove/oven. Pretty quiet place to live as well. You will love it, if you want a modern apartment in a small country town. The 2br/1b is good size. Improvements could be made on the laundry rooms, however. It does not appear to be cleaned often enough.

I would give 0 if I could. This place used to be the “best” place in town to rent for the middle class individual to live. The staff attitude has changed so much. They now frown upon pets, even for existing renters before they went to “no pets”. Which I don’t understand. I agree with the previous review, charge a larger deposit or go after those who don’t control their animals. They renovate everything that doesn’t need fixing. New columns? Rails? How about change out the doors that have cracks all the way through them? Oh and the sidewalk is sunken in the ground now so that when it rains, the sidewalks turn into rivers and you have to carry a spare set of shoes and socks with you when it rain. Good luck if you rent here. Shame how this place has changed so much.

So instead of raising the pet deposit or suing the ones who let their pets cause damage, they stopped taking pets. So good pet owners out there, STEER clear! This place used to have such friendly management, but that is no longer the case

Great little community in Tullahoma. The newly renovated apartments look great and the staff is amazing. Great location with easy access to AEDC and local attractions.
