Worst mistake of my life living here and I wish I could give it less than a one star review. I want to talk about the problems that we had been experiencing for 8 months with no help from the forest vale staff. November 16, 2023 was the first time we experienced the problem and it was july 29 2024 and nothing had been fixed. Mind you we only lived there a year . Our problems, because there is more than one had been voiced many times. When one of our neighbors used their dish washer or washing machine the water would back into our sink and over flow it. Not only is it unsanitary but we dont know if they have diseases or bacteria that can get us sick . We have a one year old and consistently having to deep clean the sink and letting my dishes sit in bleach water to make sure she doesn’t get

Maria (the young girl) is so sweet and so helpful it’s a blessing to have her here. I lived here for 7 years now and it’s a safe place. Yes there’s no pool but it’s the cheapest apartment you’ll get here in Norcross

Make the rent cheaper it's 1,700 to live here every 30 days, the pictures on the inside are fake🤬🤬🤬🤬
