They're considerate in leaving your apartment dirty so you can clean it the way you'd like. Thanks for leaving dead roaches in my light fixture, I think I was the best man to take that job on. They're also pet friendly. I got plenty of roaches to keep me company. I don't mind giving up my kitchen, eating is overrated. And the a/c is ice cold, my only trade off is breathing in mold because of a/c water dripping on the ground. 5 stars; then subtract ten.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I have been living with mice since I moved in. I’ve called every month to have them do something about the mice. All they do is bring traps and maybe some copper if they have any left. That means there’s a mice problem on the property! They’ve only done a search and seal once after I kept complaining about seeing mice. Now I don’t even call them. I trap them myself. This summer there was no A/C for the majority of the time. I called the health department to complain of the extreme heat. The inspector came out twice and I don’t think anything was ever done. I had to purchase hotel rooms three times so that my daughters and I could be comfortable. At one point, I called the owner of the property and told him how hot it was in my apartment. His res

Yes when I first got here there was some issues with the unit. But from my experience the rental office (Ki Ki and Catheryn) was on their game. Maintenance responded quickly and got it done. I love the size of the apartment it's HUGE. Parking is available compared to where I lived last. Downfall only two residents passes with cars are available. Guest passes are limited. Guess have to go after 10 pm or you will be towed. No problem for me "two each it's own". Right now on my end everything is quite. With the bug issue haven't experienced anything yet. Maybe bc I caulk up my own holes do to previous comments, so thank you.

This property is under kept and poorly managed. There is a pest problem. Roaches and mice are all over the property and in the units. The maintenance staff is limited and unskilled. The turn around for service has taken weeks. For example, I made a call to have my tub re-caulked and my bathroom light to be fixed. And I’m coming up on my third week in a dark bathroom with a moldy tub. There have been no apologies made when I reached out for help from the rental office. I was told that they are having to prioritize the numerous calls for ceiling leakage over my call. My thoughts are that if it’s taken 3 weeks to fix my bathroom light and caulk my tub there must be a lot of tenants with leaky ceilings. Which is also terrible!
