It has been the worst having to live next to one of these 'flips.' Their 4 month timeline ended up being a year and a half. Workers came and went as they pleased and there was no daily oversight of any kind. The staff often blasted music and were profane when we asked if they could please turn it down a bits (as we work from home and it disrupted us from doing our jobs) - they told us to 'leave and call the cops'. The construction manager said they would be cutting the trees over the property line - that didn't happen. Their backyard jungle they left just damaged our property. Pretty sure we also heard a realtor say during an outside walkthrough that the home was actually sold with termites and also now mold. Pictures to reflect being marketed as "turn key". I'd question their model
