I’m giving this rating because about 15 days before my closing, I was contacted by someone from this company regarding payment for my title insurance. The quoted amount was significantly higher than the actual cost. Only one title insurance option was presented to me, even though multiple options were available. I only learned about the other options on the day of closing, and changing my selection at that point would have required postponing the closing. This situation and others highlights a serious lack of communication within the company.

Our experience with this title company was messy and frustrating. Because the transaction involved a trust, it quickly became clear this was not their area of expertise. The constant back and forth and delays caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend them for anyone dealing with estate or trust matters.

Good location just off the main road. The building is newer and has another business attached. The office is small but has enough room to get done what is needed. The front office staff was friendly and the agent we worked with as well. My only criticism is that the business itself seems disjointed and disorganized. For a title company I would assume the they would have all of their t's crossed and I's dotted.

I absolutely love foothills. I have been using them for over five years Troy the owner is awesome. He’s also an attorney himself. Alyssa, which is the one who always handles my closings is incredible always on top of things. Great at communicating with sellers and Me and goes above and beyond for everyone. Honestly, can’t say enough about Alyssa. That being said foothills is hands down my favorite title Company that I have ever used.
