Absolutely perfect, The Concert in the park was so relaxing, so inviting, so peaceful. A moment of silence remembeing those who lost their lives on 9/11. The music presented by the Embrals, Beach Music, the National Anthem that was sung so beautifully. Food trucks, homemade ice cream and the weather made especially for the day. Dancing, smiles that lite up your day no matter how you were feeling. I wished this day could have lasted for days, weeks, months, even years to come. Massive home community with endless shopping and dining opportunities. It has really boomed the last 3-4 years with housing and shopping. There is a large Harris Teeter and Publix located here. Food options are great in the area with a good mix of fast food as well as sit down restaurants. Would be nice to see a quality gas station here in the future. I expect this area to continue to grow exponentially and the landscape will surely change in the next few years

A beautiful planned community with plenty of amenities and even more on the way. Currently, a Panera Bread and Chipotle restaurants are under construction at the Flowers Waterfront location.

I am absolutely perplexed by the 5-star reviews for Flowers. There is no way these have been left by actual homeowners in this community. If you are a family with young children, I highly recommend you look for a home elsewhere. This is not a family-friendly community, and you pay WAY too much in HOA dues and receive no amenities in return. Literally, you pay HOA dues just to live and exist in Flowers.
