This is an owner-owned park, when you buy the house, you buy the land. There are renters allowed, but there is a cap on the number of homes that can be rented at any one time, to insure this place stays nice. There is a monthly HOA fee to maintain the park, pool, grass etc. but is has stayed very low, right now it is $75 and does not go up very often. I have lived in this park since I was 12, and now live down the street from my parents, because it is a nice family park. It has always been well maintained and even when the typical HOA squabbles happens they still want to keep the place nice, and the fee low, so they always have the land value and peoples interest in consideration.
