Shelby Short has been great to work with. She is professional, honest and easy to reach. She helped us move out furniture and list the house on the market quickly- as we lived out of state. The tenants were in turn also taken care of and she reached out as needed if something needed repair or to be replaced. PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS OF THE LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY BEFORE SIGNING! My wife and I rented a property from North Florida Property Management in July of 2023. The lease was up on July 31st, 2024 and per the law (as they explained to me), they have 30 days to refund the deposit money. Of course, the check was cut on the 28th of August, just in time to meet the legal requirements but held our $5,000 for almost the entire time allowed. I had received an email from Shelby Short dated August 8th that they would working on the them the next week. 3 weeks later is when it was cut and mailed to us. Then to our surprise, they deducted for the carpets to be cleaned by "their chosen" provider and they never explained that the costs would be removed from our deposit (apparently in the fine print o
