Michelle Tucker had a few homes listed on our street at the same time. I recently purchased a property from Samatha Johnson. I was highly disappointed she violated all ethics of the vow she took to become a realtor by knowingly NOT disclosing the pool had a leak in it. She told us the hose was left in the pool to help with the debris. Being a native Floridian, I have never heard this reasoning. When in actuality she was hiding the leak she was aware of. What is most alarming about this, is she was also the owner of the property. So we was well aware and took steps to cover it up. I will be filing an ethics complaint with the Florida Real Estate Commission and The National Association of Realtors!!! It's really unfortunate that we have to be weary of dishonest people, and Samatha Johnson is one of them!
