Flight at Lowry

This place is absolutely RANCID. In 6 months I have had cockroaches, mice, and bed bugs in my apartment. I emailed the landlord EVERY DAY for 4 days before finally getting a response, saying that they won't fumigate or inspect for at least 3 more days. All of the dumpsters are overflowing. HOMELESS people live directly outside the apartment, come inside at free will due to lack of security, and there are commonly 3-4 digging through the BED BUG RIDDEN FURNITURE left outside the dumpster. A human took a SHIT in the elevator and it didn't get cleaned for well over 24 hours. The hallways smell like urine constantly (I truly believe people piss on the walls). BEGGING YOU NOT TO LEASE HERE I would give 0 stars if I could. This apartment complex clearly does not prioritize maintenance or livable conditions, and breaks several laws and codes like C.R.S. 38-12-501 through 511 and C.R.S. 13-21-115. My “move-in ready” unit came with a broken toilet and bed bugs. I, with chronic GI and bladder conditions, was told that an inoperable toilet was not an emergency—only fires and floods are. I found a bed bug on my leg and spent that night in my car. I spent the FIRST THREE WEEKS of my lease not even being able to live in my apartment, and having to stay in hotels and with friends. Lived here for about 6-7 months but had a 12 month lease…didn’t even finish my lease. I Definitely didn’t listen to the comments lol . Unit had bed bugs and roaches!!! had to get rid of all my expensive wood furniture and clothes 😭 story time: #1 apartment buildings always get broken into! And doors stay broken for months (was already hard to get in contact with office, definitely a lil ghetto cause homeless STAYED in the hallway and people stole parts off my car) #2 busted pipes which means no running water VERY frequently(2times a month at the least) and open walls with exposed high volt wires and pipes for weeks at a time!!#3 bed bug and roach infestation BAD!! Amazing. Even though it is still under repair and construction, the landlord lady made sure not to leave any information out. She made sure we knew what was going on, how long, and everything else. Yes it may be a broken down place but it's not the property, it's the people/ tenants. The office crew was amazing.

DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE!!! -100/0 stars if I could. I don't live here, but have a friend who unfortunately does and have visited this disgusting excuse of a rental slum. The other 1-star reviews are not lying. First off, there is garbage everywhere in the parking lots on the north side of the complex. Homeless people living out of their cars have moved in and are just accumulate piles of garbage. There's broken glass all over the parking lots from peoples' car windows getting smashed out. Second, the buildings are disgusting. The rental company hasn't had anyone clean the hallways probably ever. There are stains on the vinyl floors, the carpets, the walls. There's garbage, vomit, and food on the floor. It smells like a dump. There are holes in the walls and mattresses/furniture abandoned.
