i stayed there for 2 1/2 & for a whole month i complained about mold & problems in my apartment. Tammy never tried to fix anything for my apartment to be live in condition no one can live in an apartment & the kitchen is full of mold. I even went far as emailing & trying to speak with corporate & I was giving a fake contact information. They over priced & changed my least & honestly I think the office manager is stealing money. She went far as trying to put me out so they won’t have to fix the mold in my apartment.

Overall renewing my lease was fine and staff were there if I had questions. I do wish that move out procedures were more clear. As I had a roommate who was transitioning off the previous lease but neither of us were instructed on the moving out procedures and rules.

You are paying for the area. No parking ever they have oil field workers who come in and out like a motel. They take every parking space. The washers and dryers take your money . The pool closes extra early. They never spray the apartment but charge you for it. So many damn spiders and wasp nest everywhere. I wish i would have chosen somewhere else.

I’ve tried touring these apartments several times and called several times no one ever answers the phone. The first time I was able to get in touch with the leasing office, they said I had to talk to the manager before touring but no one would ever answer the phone. The second time which was today I came at 1pm no one answered, I called several times before and after coming no one picked up the phone, so I waited until 2pm a ups driver came and they unlocked the door. I entered to try to speak with someone but I was told from an associate their that they didn’t have any units available to tour and that I’d have to wait until their lunch break was over at 3:15 to further any information.
