Flats at San Tan

I've lived here for almost 4 years and the list of bad is too long to write it all out. So instead here's a few tips about this place if you unfortunately live here/choose to live here: -Dont park under any of the trees during a storm as they will snap but you have to pay extra per month for a covered spot. No you do not get a covered spot for free with your rent. -Make sure you get roach traps as this place is infested. You'll find roaches all along the hallways and if I didn't consistently replace my traps they would be in the apartment. I've found some in the ceiling lights too so make sure to look up -Dont have any out door plants as it gives a nice shady spot for the rodents. They grow really big here. -Have spider spray ready as well or I guess just be prepared for bugs, lots of bugs

I really enjoyed living here with my roommate!!. The apartments have a nice, upscale feel, and the location is super convenient since it’s close to the shopping mall. The amenities are great, especially the gym and the pool, which I used often when I had family and friends over! The staff is friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance was always quick and reliable. Unfortunately, I had to move out of town but I would refer any of my family or friends here !

I’ve been here for a couple months and as my first apartment on my own, I genuinely love it. I was initially nervous about submitting maintenance requests, but I quickly realized this is my home and my comfort matters. Once I started putting in requests, everything was handled quickly and thoroughly. Chris came by to fix my sink stopper and he was great. He not only fixed it fast but also took the time to show me how to use it properly since the design is a bit tricky. He was professional, kind, and efficient. Overall, I really enjoy living at The Flats. The pet odors in common areas can occasionally be strong, but the staff does a solid job keeping the hallways and carpets clean. Living at these apartments has been an exceptional experience. The amenities are truly outstanding, offering everything from a modern fitness center to a beautiful rooftop lounge that provides a perfect space to relax and socialize. The customer service is top-tier; the staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any needs, making me feel truly valued as a resident. One of the highlights is the incredible view—whether it's the stunning cityscape or the breathtaking sunsets from my balcony, it never fails to impress. This is a fantastic place to call home, combining luxurious amenities, excellent service, and stunning vistas to create a truly enjoyable living environment.

A huge thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ram for all his follow-ups and care through out the process of leasing the apartment. All this have been done while I was thousands of miles away from Arizona. He made the process super easy for us. Overall, he’s a really nice person to speak with or if you have any issues regarding the leasing steps or the apartment itself.
