Flats at Merrill Pond

Was an absolute nightmare of a scheduled tour. Arrived early and could not find the office so called to inquire. Was told B4 then hung up on because the office was in another meeting. Then called again at my scheduled time to gain access and was told to come on in when the door is locked. And no signage. No intro from the office, no checking of id. No work done before to make sure they were prepared to show the type of unit I was looking for. Then, didn't have keys. Had to go get keys, got the wrong keys then showed me an entirely different unit. When I asked about the policies about debris in common areas and maintenance he said what debris? Needless to say I'm not interested, and don't recommend anyone touring or living here unless you're really desperate.

Was given a tour with roaches in the apartment. Would not recommend
