Flats at Fitz Apartments

I lived here for 1 year and put in a maintenance request for broken items in the apartment 11 out of those 12 months. What really was surprising was that they refused to hold the apartment for me (as I am from out of town) despite paying the deposit, so I paid a full month of rent for an apartment just for the apartment to still need constant work. Interesting how that works. Maintenance came quickly but after while + repeated requests…if it sounds too good to be true it is. Floors are paper thin, so expect to hear everything your neighbors do. Energy bill was astronomically high. Insulation sucks. And expect for your breaker to constantly shut off. I was paying 1600 for a 2bd/1ba last fall to still be around 30 minutes from Denver, which due to traffic in both Aurora and Denver can easily

I appreciate the security of the locked gates and fenced in parking, my appliances work well, maintenance and management have been prompt in addressing any issues or questions. I've withheld a star because Flats at Fitz does lack some of the amenities that I've enjoyed at other properties (green space, community pool, fitness center, private patio/balcony etc.). That said, I've lived here since 2022, so clearly none of the drawbacks have been sufficient to make me want to leave.

The place offers exceptionally helpful and welcoming staff, creating a warm and supportive environment for residents. Its peaceful surroundings, coupled with a strong sense of safety and security, make it an ideal living space. Located conveniently close to the Anschutz campus, it provides both comfort and accessibility, truly making it one of the best and most reliable places to stay

Flats at the Fitz apartments are the best kept, friendly and comfortable apartments I have lived at. The staff are nice, professional, and attentive. The maintenance staff are prompt, efficient and polite. I look forward to staying at this property, and would definitely refer this company to anyone looking for a place. Thank you! -Allison M
