5 stars is for Justin case- for actually helping us get our house fixed!!! He is fast at getting stuff done and helping. Very reliable. Got the electrician here to fix our light switches, fixed our leak day of and got plumbers here, fixed our bathroom showerhead area where the plumbers had worked on, now that our water heater is out- he’s got them coming to fix that for us as well. We appreciate Justin’s help. 2.5 stars for flagship home quality. We’ve lived in our flagship home for about 6 weeks…. Neighborhood is amazing! Such a dream with all the kids for my children to play with. The quality of our home?? VERY questionable! We’ve had a water leak from our upstairs shower leak into our half bath downstairs, our water heater has gone out, our walkthrough needed lots of touch up and revam

We have had a great experience with the Flagship Warranty team! Justin Case helped us through the process and they were very quick to replace a cracked window, fix our concrete steps, and add new grass to our front yard (the ground had settled and water was pooling). He has been very responsive and we are grateful for the quick turnaround time!

We are so happy with our flagship home! The quality and craftsmanship are truly impressive. The entire process was quick and seamless, which made it much easier for us as homeowners. Any concerns we had along the way were addressed promptly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a well-built home, and we’re excited to settle in and enjoy it for years to come!

Me and my husband have bought several homes from Flagship over the last 4 years or so. We have loved both places. The pre-move-in and warranty teams did and continue to do an excellent job in making sure we are taken care of. I have personally worked with Ramiro, Carson, and Jorge whom have all been fabulous! The customer service has been excellent! I would recommend Flagship to anyone looking to get into a nice home at a competitive price.

I bought my house for half a million dollars and it’s the same exact quality as a $300k house. There are flaws all over the place. When you ask for their workers to come fix stuff they do an awful job. Some cement workers came to fix the sidewalks (not city workers, I checked) but the cement spilled over into my grass. The landscapers came back and placed new grass on top of old dead grass which was on top of the overflowed cement… (grass does not grow on top of cement.) My husband had to Jack hammer the cement out himself. Flagship also told my neighbor that a safety bollard was required and placed one in front of his (and multiple other neighbor’s) electrical box. When I asked where my safety bollard was, Bobby Rasband said Flagship does NOT install those. I called him out for lying and
