I’ve been renting an apartment managed by this company for 4 years. The management has gone downhill significantly. They have a portal for service requests that goes completely ignored for weeks on end. Emails get ignored. There was a bedbug issue in our building and they failed to notify any of the other tenants or do an inspection of the other units until we all confronted them. I called with my concerns and was told I’d get a call back but never did. We are super frustrated with the lack of communication and action. Would not recommend.
