Unable to contact new property manager (Property Alliance) for emergencies on the weekend. Unprofessional!!!

You can never get ahold of the leasing office, our water has been running none stop since I moved in. Still have yet to get a male box key. The amount of gun shots every night is ridiculous. Kids run around throwing rocks on cars. Police are there EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. cops and neighbors banging all hours of the night. Our floors smoke detectors have been at low battery for the last 2 months. They give u parking spaces and others just take them. If the owner would have just let me take my trash out in peace. I would have kept this quiet

If I could give it a -10 I would. We lived there back in 2018. It was the worst living experience ever. The police was always there, gunshots very often. We have little kids that were scared, we pretty much lived in fear the entire time we lived there. Our cars got vandalized and broken into several times. We would go days without heat and running water. There was a time when the building went over 1 week without hot water. Can you imagine showering with cold water? heating up water on the stove to bathe your babies? Not a fun experience. Management never did anything about the complaints, the manager quit and the property was without a manager for like 2 months. My sons window got broken and it remained that way until the day we moved out. When we finally had enough we were sent to court.

As a Vendor for Fitzsimmons Junction, I want to share that Marriella is AMAZING! Always on top of things! She is very professional at all she does! Great to work with!

They don't fix problems most of the time last summer I went all summer without an ac because the owner neglected their property and many units don't have a working ac it's not worth the cost not even if you are on section 8 also there is always a beeping noise from a back flow converter that never stops it's keeps me up at night they didn't fix that my unit wasn't completely fixed when I moved in they still haven't finished all the repairs the maintenance sucks and only speek Spanish and I hate that not to mention the plummer they hire is incompetent and only speek Spanish I only understand English so I hate not being able to understand them and I shouldn't have to use a translator either they should hire people who speak both English and Spanish not one or the other.
