Their team has been extremely professional and organized when it comes to communication, documentation, and coordination between the HOA, residents, and our team at Lyons Roofing. I have lived in Villas West for 12 years as a full time owner/resident. In the past several years, we have upped our game so beautifully! The grounds are managed and well kept, the buildings are uniformly presented. Many friends remark how nice a community Villas West is to own a home. Most importantly are the Folks in our office who manage our daily operations and with 672 of us, they handle our behaviors with professionalism and integrity. There are 5 employees to mention always showing respect and knowledge. Dorothy, Liliana, Fernanda, Miguel and Carlos are exceptional. I’ve had such a great experience at Villas West! The staff here really goes above and beyond. Fernanda is always so kind and helpful, making sure everything is taken care of quickly. Dorothy is super professional and easy to talk to, she really makes you feel comfortable and heard. And Liliana is amazing—always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything. This company recently took over management of the Rancho del Lago (RDL) HOA in Vail AZ. I’ve been a resident within the RDL community since 2005. So far, I’m not impressed. Their “24/7” customer service is based out of another country and can only help with billing questions. I’m selling my home and a potential buyer needed some basic information about side gate approval before placing an offer on my home. FirstService refused to provide any information to the buyer so I tried to contact them. I tried calling on Monday 12/22 in the morning during regular business hours. I got transferred to the RDL Manager’s phone and it went to voicemail. I emailed her and called again a few time throughout the day with my calls going to voicemail.
