Horrible building management company. STEER CLEAR OF FS RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS!! Management is unresponsive and hostile. Customer service reps on the phone will pretend like they care, tell you they will follow up with your concerns, but you'll never hear back. Appliances are low quality (e.g. an unvented dryer that takes 3 hours to dry a load) and if they break, you're on your own. I currently have had brown tap water for the past month. All apartments at Woodside Central only get 10-20 minutes of hot running water at a time -- not sure how families survive this. Construction projects happen and there is no notice given to tenants, management pretends that they don't even know the construction is happening, you'll be forced to call 311 to report construction noises before or after legal ho

I have lived in Society Hill Village 2 in Mahwah since 2013. We are managed by First Service. Our manager Liz Buttino is amazing. I can not say enough about how helpful she is. Her communication skills are wonderful. We get alerts via e-mail, text message, usps mail and resident alert. She uses them all to keep us updated on important information. Our community is clean and well kept and I know this is because of Liz. She knows what projects need to be done and when. Whenever I have an issue with my condo Liz can quickly resolve the issue because she knows exactly the contractor to call for the job. I live in Lexington Hill (Harriman, NY) managed by First Service. Jim & Cynthia, are always friendly and professional. They are very attentive to our needs and keep the property clean and looking nice. They always have solutions and answers and expedite them in a timely manner. They are a top notch management team and I would refer First Service to everyone.

Horrible management. Unresponsive send emails with no replies we call promise callbacks that never happen. Have been dealing with Joanne has to be the worst experience I’ve encountered. My wife is handicap and has been asking about handicap parking for over a year I’m still waiting for a response. I live at Meadow Glenn in Monroe, extremely satisfied with the management responsiveness to any and all issues we have. Liz has been proactive and always present within the community. I get informative emails of what's happening and important neighborhood news. She replies to my emails within same day, multiple times sometimes. When my unit had a small water leak problem from the exterior, Liz mobilized a crew out within a day to do a total exterior repair. Our neighborhood looks beautiful, great resale value, thanks to management making good decisions. 👍
