I cannot recommend FirsTitle as FirsTitle is not processing the paperwork promptly and causing unnecessary delays. I sent all closing paperwork on a Friday, they let the paperwork sit for a week and only start to process it until the following Friday. After this unexplained delay, they delay the process again for another three weeks due to their back office staff is on spring break without considering the delay they previously caused. After nearly four weeks, they emailed me asking a document because "their title attorney needs it". I promptly replied back to suggesting I already sent this particular paperwork in my initial submission. They said: Oh, we did not notice it. Unfortunately, FirsTitle is not paying attention to details in an industry requiring paying attention to details. If

I had a great experience closing with Tammie at First Title. Smooth and prompt closing experience.

It has not been a smooth transaction between the relator and the title company. Major lack of communication and not prompt on paperwork completion. A week and half after closing I was still being sent paperwork that had been missed at signing.

My client chose FirsTitle because her friend Tammie Parker works there as an agent. I know Keeley Hutchinson but have never used this company. When I told Keely my client had chosen FirsTitle she immediately offered to help sponsor a Brokers Open . She was very helpful. When the home quickly went under contract, I was very impressed with the excellent communication. Tammie and her assistant, Lisa, kept me and my client informed along the way. We never had to ask questions about the status. I will happily add FirsTitle to the list of title companies I recommend to my clients.

We are SO thankful for First Title! The entire team was flexible and so responsive throughout our process.
