While the experience began with what I believed would be an informative and supportive process, it ultimately deteriorated to the point where I had to abruptly discontinue working with this company and move to another lender in order to close on a home I was already under contract to purchase. Once I was fully engaged in the process, I received scarce information and experienced a consistent lack of transparency and communication. At one point, I was even told that “if you hear from me, it is a bad sign,” which was neither appropriate nor reassuring. Although my situation was more complex than average, extended periods without any updates—followed by poor and ill-timed guidance when the situation became urgent—and misinformation being provided to my agent, made it clear that my case was n

Terrible experience. My process with these people took FIVE MONTHS and I still had to move onto another company to close out of fear of being delayed further. (The other company took 5 weeks and it only took that long because of the holidays) I would highly recommend working with a different company or be prepared to stay on top of them EVERY SINGLE DAY. Things that took days-weeks with these guys took my other company HOURS. Completely disappointed. The fastest moving person at this place is Robyn the receptionist. A complete waste of time!!!!!
