First Title is the utmost in Customer Care and Service! They were incredibly kind to me and our family in a very difficult and trying time. They were above and beyond in answering questions and making sure that we understood everything! Thanks so much!

Warning - 1st Title required a non-refundable deposit to start closing paperwork. They sat on the paperwork for over 2 weeks before starting to process (only after I asked for an update) then came back over 3 weeks from the start date saying they couldn't provide title insurance. I took the contract to a different title company who processed and closed the purchase within 4 days AND provided title insurance with no issues. 1st Title would not return my deposit. I will never use them again or recommend anyone to use them.

After paying 350.00 dollars for a title search, I was verbally told that they can not do the closing deal because of something dealing with the title. The verbal statement was never clear or specifics.. I request a copy of the search and it’s finding, I was denied!!! So what was my 350.00 dollars use for I’m very confused.. 🤔 please do your research when dealing with this company

**I am not just writing a review to complain, but actually telling an account of my experience with this company.** I dropped off a contract to them at the beginning of december, looking to do a smooth assignment of that contract to another interested party. I didn't hear back from them for 2 weeks when they informed me that they needed a new survey done of the property. The fact that they needed a new survey was understandable as it was an old lot. I got it scheduled for January 14, and it was completed less than two weeks later. Promptly I brought the survey to the title company, hoping that we could close within a few days.
