Our experience with Billie Garza at First Texas Homes – Solterra, located at 1612 Casting Rdg, Mesquite, TX 75181, was extremely disappointing and ultimately cost the company our business. We were fully approved to build our dream home with First Texas Homes, but we walked away solely because of Billie Garza’s behavior. From the beginning, she displayed a consistently disrespectful, dismissive, and pushy demeanor. She showed little to no care for our questions or concerns and made it clear through her tone, body language, and attitude that our business was not valued. She never took the time to properly show us available plots. Instead, she drew something on a sheet of paper and told us to go look on our own, which felt careless and unprofessional. She greeted us very kindly, answered our questions. Every part of the moment we shared was very purposeful and helpful. She gave us various types of resources to show us what was available and we appreciate her thoughtful and swift support.

I've had the opportunity to get to know Billie Smith-Garza over the past year and a half and I can't stress how much of a pleasure she is to work with. She truly goes above and beyond to connect and assist her real estate agents. I think she embodies CSM role perfectly in terms of her networking, marketing, and customer service skills.
