I had an excellent experience with First Priority Title Company. Nicole Troutt the Attorney handled my closing with remarkable speed and efficiency. She prepared my documents with precision and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Nicole also assisted with both my contract and my new business, and her professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence I would highly recommend Nicole and First Priority Title Company.

Unprofessional conduct from the owner, Kristi. I came in as a real estate investor trying to close a deal. At first, things seemed okay, but Kristi — the owner — quickly became rude and dismissive. She told me to leave and literally said, “The door is right there.” I gave the company a second chance and returned a few days later, still ready to do business. When I asked for help getting the contract I needed, Kristi refused and said, “You have your own title and company,” using my own words against me in a condescending way. To make it worse, an employee told me, “You don’t know what you’re doing,” which was both disrespectful and unnecessary. I’ve closed deals in multiple states and worked with great title companies — but this was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve encountered
