I rented a house from JoAnn which belongs to her son meet him one time very nice gentlemen. JoAnn oversees the house when you call for repairs she sends cheap labor men who is not license and half way fix things. There was a problem with mice/rats in home, ac unit in attic busted due to cheap labor someone had to come out several times. Even the men she have working for her talks about how she is so cheap. I had so many problems at that house I told her I needed to move. And the house I moved in is awesome I can freely breath.Her son will be better off getting another agent to take over his homes.
