Great place and best knowledge in the business. I was told they bought the original microfiche records from the county before they went to computers. They have the original copies and Mr Cook has been doing this his whole life. If anyone ever wanted the knowledge of the past owners of Okaloosa and possibly Walton County then this is the place to go. Excellent staff an they know the business! A++++. They took care of everything when I purchased property from brother and mailed everything needed for signatures as we live in different states.
