First Creek Farm

Looked at a few available condos for sale. The complex seems to be pretty nice. The condos are ok, not very well laid out and if it's not an updated condo it's all poor builder grade material.

We bought our condo in November 2020 and have really enjoyed everything this place has to offer! Very quiet neighborhood with a Dog Park and Basketball Courts across the street! The gym is very well maintained as well as the pool and hot tub! We love our little gated community!

There is unusual activity at night, our home was almost broken into the same night there was a shooting right next to our unit. Also, the ground keepers are rude & don't care if you work nights. They make as much racket possible. There's always construction going on & finally our car was towed & management could care less. Safe yourself the time & money & DONT MOVE HERE. (Btw, it's hood.)

RENTERS BEWARE……. The HOA is mostly old school white people who feel a certain way towards minorities. Same people who claim to be Christians. Rent a place out to get discriminated against. Come see for yourself only at First creek Farms.

I witnessed a member of the board who's name is Mike ( fat middle aged white man) make inappropriate comments towards young girls at the pool, making comments about their bodies. If you have young children keep them away from him.
