Please stay away from this office! Especially McKinley Fletcher. She made a huge mistake with our documents and ended up costing us thousands of dollars. After she did this, she refused to call us to reschedule anything. She refused to answer the phone to answer our questions. She just refused to do her job.

Michelle Meraz is pleasant, enthusiastic and kept very good communication with me throughout the entire process. I couldnt imagine doing business with anyone else! Had a horrible experience with the title company. They incorrectly sent wrong estimates to our lender. They quoted $700 but the price tripled without any reason given. On top of that everything was done last minute and no communication from the company. I had to contact them to set up an appointment multiple times. Really poorly execution and made purchasing a home a horrible experience. If you can search for another company, I highly recommend doing this in the beginning and change to one that is more reliable. On a positive note, Gloria who did our notary was amazing! FOLLOW UP FOR THE OWNER: I sent an email after the response from the owner. Never heard back from the company.

What ever you do, do not work with Michelle Schultz, she made the transaction so difficult from the beginning. I cant express enough words how difficult she is to work with. I do not recommend her to any other realtors or loan officers. if you need more information, please do not hesitate to call me. Put it this way the transaction could have closed had she issued me the required items/conditions to close.
