Wonderful title company that does go above and beyond. Once my buyer went into contract things started moving... Kwana is wonderful to work with. She follows through and works hard to get things done and her communication is great! Everyone in the office was nice as well. At first I was a little concerned but once things start moving they are always responding and working hard. Thank you Kwana and First American!

Never use their appraisal evaluation service. If you want a fair appraisal of your property, repeat, do not use this company. Michael J Nolan, their representative, was inept at best. Do not use this appraiser.
