The property manager Kelly is very disrespectful at times, sits too high and looks to low.Her position does not reserve her the right to be Cockey disrespectful or uncooperative when tenants approach her with a need or concern. As the saying goes. Treat people how you want to be treated. What you dish out can often be what you get in return. If you want to be respected ,then you respect

Basic apartment. Pretty quiet. Loud music from cars at times. There have been no incidents where police were called in the 3 years I lived there. Lots of kids but they have no where to play since no one is allowed on the grass. Rent is based on income. There have been 4 or 5 managers during my stay.

Rude phone answering receptionist. It isn't wise to invest in any service that fails to even help a first time caller feel welcome that is looking to rent.
