Fir Terrace Apartments

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron, who provided a wonderful tour of two bedroom one bath. It was amazing floor plan with a nice backyard. We just need something with a 3 bedroom. We will be keeping an eye out for them to have a 3 bedroom open.

The new apartment manager Aaron is amazing. He's done a lot too improve the property and he's so responsive and helpful whenever I've had any concerns. It's a very quiet and peaceful community. I've really enjoyed living here.

We did a walk thru with Aaron today, it was so great to see what he is working on to make it the best community for his residence. This could be a perfect fit, if there was 3 bedroom availability.

I've had a leak in my bedroom that I've reported 5 or 6 times. Last month, the manager finally told me I'd have to wait until they can fix it in the summer .... while the water runs into my box spring every time it rains! I had to write a strongly worded letter to the property management company and CC the president to get any kind of action. I'm concerned about mold growth in the floors and box spring. Update: After months of persistence, they finally moved me into the unit directly above mine to get away from the leak. This unit is no better. Everything is unlevel, the garbage disposal was hooked up wrong (my sink floods with gunk every time my neighbor runs theirs), and the cabinetry is peeling. Cars get broken into all the time.
