These are nice apartments, the maintenance guy Tony was very helpful and respectful. If there were any issues Tony would come and fix it right away. My last apartment complex had a very disrespectful management amd maintenance team. Not the case with this Complex. Highly reccomend if looking for a new home!!

UPDATE: It’s been 4 weeks since my below review. I changed to 1 star. I still have roaches after treatments and now my energy bill is $500 for a 900 sq ft 2 bedroom. No one will give me answers. I moved in less than 2 months ago and beg management to allow me out of my lease and I continue to be blown off. I am miserable living here, I haven’t gotten to use my kitchen and I haven’t been able to unpack. I just want the opportunity to leave after the worst 7 weeks of living anywhere. This has been a never ending nightmare. —————————————————————————— TLDR: assigned to wrong unit, roaches, exploitative towing policy, pay for visitors, forced to pay for valet trash service that does not come, maintenance requests are closed out before they are addressed, office only open M, W, F, phone lines

I've had a great experience living at Fiona Apartments, especially since the new manager, Chelsey, took over. She and her team have been incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs. Any time we've had a question or needed assistance, they've responded quickly and professionally. It's clear they truly care about the residents and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Their dedication has made a noticeable difference in the community, and it's very much appreciated!

Soooo Around 1am A pipe in my apartment caused a water leak issue that started overflowing from my 2nd floor to my 1st. To my surprise our Maintenance Guy Anthony responded immediately! I offered him help to at least mop up the water because it was a lot and he refused to let me help him and insured me that he has everything under control so I went to my room to stay out his way till he finished. Whenever he told me he was leaving that everything was done I was very happy and surprised with the repair work he did and completely cleaned up after himself! Thank you Anthony! My situation could have easily been worse gracefully for the professional team they have here from front office to maintenance!
