Worst Landlord there is, he charges way too much for the apartments, the apartments are Fested with roaches. The apartments are outdated. He finds ways to evict people that pays rent on time. He is rude... I will never go back to those apartments. He even charged someone i know $200 plus weeks after $100 more for feeding cats, where the person doesn't even feed them. And here's a foto taken from the front office with bowls for the cats. Making tenants feel guilty of feeding cats, when they the ones feeding them. This landlord is a crook.

I'm not sure how many stars because I've never been how much for the smallest one they have

Horrible apartments, no maintenance provided. The landlords are the scum of this planet and should not be allowed to own any apartment complex or any other business in Georgia or United States. Never stay at this place they will take your security deposit and refuse to return it. The apartments are full of mold and there are cockroaches everywhere.

Worst place to ever live. No I wasn't a perfect tenant by any means. I am woman enough to admit my wrongs. But this place they are crooks. I paid 1,200 a month for rent on a 2 bedroom apartment. We paid religiously on time until I lost my job. My son was on time with his, but I was late on mine. Once the court saw the first time, how they were trying to overcharge me, and all the water damage. The court told him to work with me. Then, any time I was a day late, they would file an eviction. Just to make us pay more, because the owner was serving time for illegal dumping in Calhoun. I know for a fact the last time we went to court, he paid off the judge that we had the last time, because the judge did not look that I had escrow marked as rent. So now there will be a big lawsuit between 5th,

It’s a good place to start. Love the Manager, very friendly, such a sweetheart. I don’t have any complaints, they fix quick. And if the apartments have roaches, is because people love to be ratchet and not clean, so of course there will be roaches, once I moved in I took care of them. And I don’t have any pest . They also have a person that comes fumígate the apts. THIS AINT BEVERLYHILLS HONEY!!! But if people would be clean and pick after them self, IT COULD BE BEVERLYY HILLS 😅😂
