Fidelity National Title

Our lender gave clear instructions to Fidelity National Title for our closing. The residential rep from Fidelity National Title here at this office who led our closing was not aware of those instructions. We had our "closing" there, signed all documents and celebrated, but it was all voided a few hours later upon lender review due to a major lapse of service from Fidelity National Title. They had to rush us a mobile notary last minute at the end of the day and we had to resign all documents. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and we do not recommend working with them.

Worst title company I’ve had the experience in my 16 years in real estate of dealing with. Unhelpful, rude, non communicative and purposely difficult to work with on what should have been an easy cash transaction for my client. My brokerage has a long standing fidelity relationship with other offices and I will unfortunately be reconsidering those relationships if Fidelity national is managed this way.

Within last few weeks, I have completed 3-4 escrow transactions with them. Jeff, Victoria and Micaela have been very responsive and have not only successfully completed but also well before the deadline. Jeff's has a wining team and their positive attitude, flexibility and customer focus is beyond 5 Star. They also simplify and make the process very easy for our clients. So, Thank you!! Recommended this group from fellow real estate professionals. I had a property in probate, these guys said no problem, easy to handle, then strung along for many months ending with vague response that they couldn't do it and left me hanging. Probate was independent administration which is the lease restrictive out of all of them. Glad I pivoted before I ended up at the closing table with these guys.

Fidelity, Jeff Duffee, and Victoria Malone are FABULOUS...SIMPLY THE BEST. I fight to have every transaction possible close with them because I know they will go out of their way to make sure my customers are handled with the utmost care and satisfied. When I have a transaction in their hands I never worry. I know that they are 100% on top of and ahead of the details that I otherwise have to micromanage elsewhere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM if you want a worry free, hassle free experience!
