Fidelity National Title Company - Yuba City

I would not recommend working with this local office or going through Fidelity. The communication and customer service within the local Yuba City office was very poor, and working with Fidelity for home warranty purposes is a joke. You are much better off not investing in a warranty and just paying for expenses out of pocket if you want repairs done ethically and in a timely manner. If I could go back, I would ask my realtor to go through any other title company to avoid working with this local office and company.

I was very unsatisfied with the handling of my escrow account. We were never explained the process and just heard from them for the notary signing purposes.
