Jonah at this location helped me with a complicated rollover transaction after I was unsuccessful using the app and getting help over the phone from the help desk team. He was very patient and did a ton of investigating to figure out exactly how to successfully deposit my rollover check. Stellar customer service!

Fidelity itself was great. Net benefits is horrible. Why is it so much more difficult to get benefits from net benefits than fidelity? They have the same information. I am a beneficiary and listed on a will and have given them more information and documents than needed and still no payments. They don’t care that you just lost a loved one and make things harder. Their site and app are not user friendly and I feel is intentional. It’s not their money. It was my loved one’s money and he left it to his beneficiaries and they should honor his wishes as he expected.

Avoid! Fidelity is now locking-down deposited funds for two full weeks due to their “algorithm.” I deposited funds (from Unity Bank) on 07/16 into my retail brokerage account at the Minnetonka branch. I can see those funds cleared Unity Bank on 07/17 yet Fidelity won’t make this money, my money, available to me until 07/30. That’s an eternity, in this day and age. This extended hold can be changed for situations such as this but neither Fidelity corporate nor the branch manager here in Minnetonka has chosen to do so. Meaning, Fidelity will be locking me out of my free and clear funds for 13 calendar days. Completely unacceptable. I’m going elsewhere and taking multiple accounts and goodwill with me.

I’ve been incredibly impressed and very happy with the service and expertise at Fidelity Investments in Minnetonka. Nate Hermanson and David Gau have made a fantastic team—both are knowledgeable, communicative, and truly care about their clients. They made the process of moving multiple investment accounts, including rollovers for 401(k)s and IRAs, seamless and stress-free. Their guidance has been invaluable, and I feel confident knowing my investments are in great hands. Highly recommend their team for anyone looking for top-notch financial advice and service!

I am deeply disappointed with the recent service I received from the Fidelity Minnetonka Branch worker. Not only was their job performance subpar, but their attitude throughout the interaction was equally unacceptable. We deposited a large amount check in last Friday. Megan checked it and told my husband it’s done. We got deposit receipt. We left the branch. Later a message arrived my husband’s phone. It said we both of us need to sign. We couldn’t reach her and she didn’t left her extension phone number. We back to the branch early morning at Monday. She has mailed the check back to our old house 100 miles from us . We stopped this Fidelity for a long time Monday morning. Magen didn't come out and say sorry. I complained and the manager came and said we won't be back on Friday. He sugge
