Awesome place to conduct a house closing. They made sure all the paperwork was clearly explained and had great attitudes. The coffee at the front was a great bonus as we were in bright and early. Overall fantastic to work with and they are through with their due diligence. That's what you want when it comes to buying or selling a home!

Did not end up using the service due to outside reasons involving financing but the staff was friendly and I was able to get my money back for a house very quickly. Would recommend.

Very slow about closing a house they had all kinds of excuses was told one week to ten days try twenty and they didn't care. Because if how slow they were we almost lost the home we put a bid on they were in the middle of accepting another person's bid when we finally walked in with are money.
