FerrinSquare Apartments

Good for the price. We've lived here for 2 years and although it is not the most luxurious you can definitely warm up to it. Renovations are much needed, there aren't energy efficient windows so it's pretty cold during the winter and pretty hot during the summer, but I've seen smaller apartments in worse locations that charge much more. They are also flexible on painting the walls and small installations. If you are money conscious and don't require suburb quality housing to feel at home then this is the place for you.

Avoid. Worst apartments ever. The place is old and falling apart and they won't renovate it. The apartments are drafty and the heaters are useless (which is a real problem in Rexburg). They say they offer internet but it's the slowest internet that I've ever seen and doesn't work half the time. And when it does work they block everything so that the internet can only be used for "educational purposes" (no Netflix or Hulu). The only thing that is redeeming about this place are the building managers. They are the nicest people and work hard to help the tenants but there's only so much they can do.

Horrible place. These people will keep your deposit as well.

I've eaten here many times. The food has always been spot on. The service, on the other hand, has been hit or miss for me. Sometimes it seems like the people making the food aren't enthusiastic at all to be there. It's disappointing when that happens because like I said their food is delicious.

Not a pleasant place to live, internet is bad and completely over priced, the building isn't even up to fire code. Also,, no AC in the building and the heaters barely work.
