I’ve tried to get in contact with this company multiple times about the horrendous apartment management at MiPlace (West Rancocas, but it seems like they don’t care too. Maybe they’ll see this. Avoid this place! It seems great from the outside but it has been a complete nightmare. 1.Rude and Absent Staff: I have called the office countless times, and they used to never pick up the phone. It’s been months, and nothing ever gets resolved. If you have a complaint, don’t bother—they won’t do anything about it. When I finally got through to them about a problem they caused, they actually told me to hurry up so they could get off the phone. Such a polite group of people. It’s hopeless trying to deal with them. 2.Cheaply Built Apartments: The walls are cracking, and the molding is separating,

BEWARE of this company! The poor reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints speak for themselves. This company will take your money, then "Ghost" you, no one answers phone, emails also go unanswered. Most terrible homebuying experience ever!
