We’ve had a great experience working with Felner and their management team. Communication has been clear and timely, issues are handled promptly, and everything is managed in an organized, professional manner. It’s obvious they take pride in the properties they oversee and in the relationships they maintain with vendors. Highly recommend.

Felner is the new property management company to my unit. Since then the experience has dropped significantly. My property manager cannot care less about the unit and never bothers picking up the phone or replying email to maintenance requests. The only thing they are good at is to raise HOA fees.

I’m very disappointed with the property management services provided by Felner at Chesterfield. Communication has been extremely frustrating. Emails and request maintenance tickets often go unanswered, and the only time I receive a response is after sending multiple follow-ups and copying additional employees at Felner. Residents should not have to escalate internally just to receive a basic reply. Property upkeep has also been neglected. Garbage has been left in the middle of the street, including an open trash bag with debris spread across the area. The dumpster area has become unsanitary, with wet newspapers, bottle caps, and leftover holiday items still sitting there well into February. After switching property managers several times, I am extremely happy with Felner, especially our property manager Mario Degani. It's great having him on the property all the time, making him responsive to any issues that arise during the day. He is a dedicated worker and has our property slowly working on our needs while keeping us within our budget. I feel he personally cares about our complex and puts in extra effort without being asked.
