The first and maybe the most important part of this experience with Brian was actually getting our deal together in the first place. The seller of the house our clients purchased was also looking to purchase another home. To put their deal together they had to commit to a 30 day closing. The perceived challenge was the fact that our client was applying for a CHFA loan with a second Down Payment Assistance loan.
