Michael was so wonderful to work with to sell our first home! He was clear in setting expectations, thoughtful as we had an 8 month old at home. His persistence got it sold in just under 4 weeks for full ask! We also had a very firm time crunch for closing as we were moving out of state. Michael was on top of the process making sure the steps that needed to take place were done in order for us to close on time. Which we did! I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
