It has been about two years now that Feather River has managed my rental property, and Kim and her team have done a great job. They have been supportive in all renting, maintenance, and accounting issues, while they are also very efficient in dealing with last-minute unforeseen circumstances. The knowledge and experience of this company become especially apparent in their handling of difficult tenants, and in processing evictions. I will continue to work with Feather River for as long as I own the property. Jimmy P.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The person who showed us the property was the only person we had a positive experience with. Brittany & Alicia in the office were rude & refused to accept my self employed income as well as my FSS self sufficiency voucher as income which is illegal. It is a good thing I work in legal & don't have to pay fees for good attorneys. It should be noted that we gave Kim the manager plenty of time to coach her staff & make thinga right, however she chose not too. These people are the reason private owners don't use property management. My grandfather owned 9 houses before he passed so I understand both sides of the fence. My real estate connections will be contacting the homeowners & letting them know what this poor excuse of a management company is doing. They

Without much knowledge in renting, I have to say I’ve had an excellent experience with this property management company! The process was smooth, professional and stress free. Courtney in particular has been absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and knowledgeable in helping me and my roommates find the right property. She listened to our needs, answered every question promptly, and took great care of us throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the service! Highly recommend!

I’ve been renting from this company for about 6 months now and it’s honestly been one of the best companies I’ve dealt with and that was opinion even before tonight. Tonight made me love them even more. I called the after hours line because my front room was flooded from a window that broke during the storm. Without hesitation the owner of the company and the head of maintenance were at my home within 15 minutes ON CHRISTMAS EVE! They brought towels and an industrial fan to help dry the mess. Then in the rain put storm protection over my window till it can be replaced once the weather clears. Not just the owner but the whole staff is just phenomenal, they do their very best to make sure you are well taken care of.
