Feather Downs Apartments

I have lived here for 3years. I love how quiet and safe it is here and really appreciate being in a ground floor apartment. Darrian (apt manager) has been and is excellent in every way. She truly cares about all of the residents. She is prompt,knowledgeable, on top of requests and getting important information to the residents. I am very happy here. I love also the laundry facilities and the pool!

My beautiful amazing Manager is the BEST!!! She gets things DONE! She has a beautiful personality and a lovely demeanor, Darrian is one of the best Managers that Feather Downs has had in a while! Been living here for almost 3 years now the complex is very quiet and well Managed. The manager is on top of everything and is very professional and caring. I love feather down apartments 🙌

This apartment complex is perfectly placed in Yuba City with everything being nearby. The peaceful complex is full of nice quiet residents and is equipped with a nice pool and clean laundry room. The manager is professional and and on top of everything. 10/10

Really enjoy living here. Darrin the property manager is very nice and knowledgeable. Quick to get anything done that needs to be Nice and quiet complex.
