Lies lies lies!! Do not use! Out to make as much as she can, Tammy Parker and lies to take advantage of people, watch her! She agreed to split closing cost then when signing paperwork because she knew I had to get in the house asap she didn't. Lives beyond her means so she screws people. Also told me I didn't need an inspection because seller took great care of home. Big mistake, needs all new windows and hole in bathroom floor that they covered with cabinet. All paint is peeling because of improper prep work. Too many things wrong to list them all. Do not trust Tammy Parker!

Sherry Krause and Tom Krause were absolutely wonderful. They spent every weekend for four months trying to help us find a lakefront home big enough and yet within our budget. Not only did they spend every weekend but also traveled every weekend to Northern Indiana, hours away from their home base. Tom would crawl in basements, measure docks to fit our boat and get in attics to check them out for us. They went to bat for us to ensure we were getting the best possible results If you are in Indiana and looking to purchase a home I highly recommend Tom and Sherry Krause.
