Contact Faye Simon if you want to work with someone who is honest and down-to-earth, not pushy, and in our case had prior experience with the property owner, which made her a great liaison throughout the process of signing the lease, progress checks, etc. She even had the landlord make some small modifications that we hadn't thought of (like new cabinet handles) that are functional and make our apartment feel high-quality. Faye, Thank you SO MUCH for helping us find our new home!

Faye is absolutely amazing. She was very thorough in showing us the house we were moving into, in explaining move-in details and the financials. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were moving into which was very helpful, and in addition to all of this, she went above and beyond to make us feel as comfortable as possible during and after moving in. If I could give less than one star I would. This woman was rude and unprofessional. She then said she had a rat inspector there, she needed to go, and hung up. I will not be using this "Realtor," ever.
