Farrell Bell Sr Housing Apt

This facility is one of the cleanest senior housing apartments that I have ever walked in since the first time I walked in here and 2011. The Property Manager and Maintenance Manager do an EXCELLENT job making sure that this building smells good and is very clean on every floor. The residents apartments must keep up a level of cleanliness as well. The outside of the building looks as new as it did in 2011 and the parking lot is always spotless. The Resident Coordinator does an EXCELLENT job with making sure she helps every resident with their business with social security, Medicaid, Medicare, Energy Assistance etc. She will make phone calls with the resident, go with the resident etc. THIS IS A GREAT CHOICE! I wish I qualified to live here.😁

I would like to share my thoughts about Farrell Bell Senior Apartment. My mom has been living here for almost 9 years and I can't begin to tell you how pleased all 7 of her children are! The staff are simply amazing! Let's me start with Ms Davis, she keeps the residents engaged with activities, she brings in health care providers,and assist them with getting financial help with they utilities and also pantry. My mom has told us from day one she makes them feel like they are her family! The maintenance man goes above and beyond his duties and I greatly appreciate him, clean building at all times and as soon as you call him he is at your door to complete the work order! The service coordinator has her hands full but she does not miss a beat in helping the residents! Overall the Thomas family

Yes good morning I am a residence at Ferrell Bell senior citizen living I like to say that the staff here at Ferrell Bell are caring and helpful to all the residents here in this building I've been here for 3 years and I know it anyone that needs any help or any assistance they have there for you so I just want to say I appreciate management and things that they do to help us in any way they can so I appreciate them and I thank them for the help and may they have a great. And I just want for real bills management and no I appreciate them very much thank you. .

My dad has been living here for more than 6 years and the staff have taken such good care of him. From community resources, help with paying and understanding his bills to emergency medical attention, I am truly grateful I have them!!!!!

I went to visit looking for a place for my mom, and ran into the manager Treva. I must say she was very nice and professional. And even though they were full she still took the time to give me some information. Offered me to sign her up on the waiting list. We’re definitely considering calling Farrell Bell home. Thanks Treva for being so warm and welcoming ❤️❤️
