Farmwood Garden Apartments

I will say, the living experience here isn’t awful it just depends on what building you’re in. Very friendly staff for the most part but has no issues talking about you behind there back. Reason for the 2 star is once we moved out, I’ve heard stories that they do weird things when you move out, like expenses billed to you that make no sense and then dropping it on you’re credit. Ive recently found out that they did this to me. By law a bill is supposed be mailed to you within 30 days and I haven’t received anything, not even a call confirming that it’s sent. They are now threatening taking the charged to collections which is also unlawful and an easy law suit for this situation. Moral of the story be carful when you leave this place, I’ve contacted the proper people about this situation.

I lived here for a year after college with a friend. It was a good place for how much it cost and what it offered. I liked most of my neighbors, and there were no bug problems. The only problem was the A/C a few times, but they were always clear with me about the problems. The mataince guys were super friendly and deserve a lot of praise. Denis was great at the office, and so was Kaley. I would love to be live here again if I needed an apartment in Kernersville.

Absolutely awful place. Never move in here. Nothing works in the apartment, maintenance people will not come out to fix anything. People in the office…. Then male is the only good person they have. The female is awful towards people blatantly, disrespectful.. your neighbors yep they sure are loud and very sketchy. When I finally moved out I got a bill for “damage” to the apartment.. when nothing in the apartment worked in the first place.. never move in here

Look into the other apartments in the area. This used to be a good place to live, rent keeps increasing exponentially but with nothing to show for the extra money. Ongoing issues with AC units that the management that oversees the office will not allow maintenance to truly repair. No pool all summer either despite being listed as an amenity. No explanation from the owner nor office as to why the pool didn't open, just a note at the beginning of summer to not call the office asking when the pool is opening. Zero compassion from management of the complex when I reached out, was told I should "be blessed" to have half functional air then threatened with cost increases for next year.
