Farmington View Apartments

I am leaving 1 star because 0 is not an option. The Office Manager out of Apple Ridge who runs Farmington View is rude, a lier and does not care about this complex. I put in 5 maintenance request with no response. So I contacted the corporate office and that generated a response. She called me back and was so rude and got angry that I called corporate. 2 days later still no response on fixing the broken stuff in my apartment. Things like rotting balconies that my dog almost fell through, smoke detectors not working, broken sink drains, and a long list of other stuff. Also, they charged me $500 to "have the apartment ready for move in". Horrible paint job, broken trim, dirty carpet. Broken entry doors, which may be a good thing because I been here 3 months and still don't have the code to g

I'm only giving this a two star because Bruce is a good landlord and is doing his best with this mess of a place. It's most of the tenants that make it a dump. The past couple years he's always been there to help with problems in my unit and even got me transferred into a better unit. *HOWEVER, this place has become such TRASH over the past year and a half. People are leaving garbage everywhere and blasting loud music and fighting in the building. SO many times in the past year and a half the cops have been called for people getting into physical fights and screaming matches. People also don't pick up after their dogs! As a dog owner myself, I always clean up her messes. After multiple times of being asked, people still walk their little dogs off leash and let them go to the bathroom every

such an eyesore. it is quite embarrassing how unkempt the grounds are at urbane farmington - yet the street side of the complex is perfectly maintained. interesting. how many more awful photos of your complex need to be posted before someone mows?

I just didn’t appreciate how they handle me. I called and was able to schedule a tour almost two months ago with Bruce it went well or so I thought. I noticed he didn’t provide me with any pamphlets or details about the apartment I was reviewing to take with me. It was quick but I was okay with that. I work with a corporate leasing company who is my co-signer and my coordinator my co-signer (complex approvals Todre) explained everything to her that Bruce explained to me, she then contacted Bruce and spoke to him directly. Bruce informed Todre that the complex does accept corporate leasing, took down her email and never sent the corporate leasing application. Ever since that day over a month ago Bruce is invisible.
