Farmington Hills

My first experience here sets the bar for any other apartment complexes in georgia. I had a great exoerience here for 3 years with NO COMPLAINTS! if i had to forced to complain it would be to fix the washers and dryers that they let us use for free but the fact that you have space in your own apartment for one, youre lucky there is a laundry room! Lol ive seen staff change quite a bit here but the positive energy and understanding never changes. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend renting at Farmington Hills. No regrets!

Big big mold problem in the apartments and never would fully fix just covered it up every time. Management was horrible! The pool was always closed down in the summer. I had leaks in the ceiling as well in multiple places and it took years to get them to try and fix it but all they did was paint over it. The police are always in and out of there because of fights, shooting, they also allow child predators to live there. Be careful and do your homework and ask some of the people who live there before signing a contract.

The apartments are very nice but the inner working is very toxic..the management staff is like a revolving door..they get hired and very quickly an ad comes out on indeed to fill a position that is filled and then they are gone….10 mangers in less than a year. ..its sad that the residents say to you how long are you gonna be here, why does no one say. What can you tell them. Someone needs to stop the toxicity in that community

Management is terrible in phase 3. They never fix the problem they say send emails just so they don’t respond. When you call they screen the call and don’t answer. The First Lady they had in management was great but now good luck.

Lived here for almost 2 years! Management has always been great! Kids love the pool and playground.
